A Brief Course Description
This class will cover the basic principles of hydraulics,
hydraulic components, reading hydraulic schematics, basic
electricity and reading electrical schematics.
Safety and the importance of identifying the specific lift model in order to properly diagnosis and service the lift by using the factory manual and repair procedures is also covered.
Shop procedures are an important part of this class which is intended for experienced mechanics as well as those new to the trade or not familiar with wheelchair lifts.
