Training is an investment in people that pays dividends
The investment you make in training will be returned many times over in reduced maintenance cost and fleet reliability. If you haven’t tried our training yet we encourage you to do so.
Who would benefit from our training?
We have had mechanics with over thirty years experience attend our classes and they have indicated that the training was great and would help them a lot. We have also had beginners with just a few months experience and they now felt confident enough to tackle jobs that they wouldn’t have even dreamed of trying. We believe that all Mechanics will benefit from our training. Give it a try.

WHY RISK BEING FINED
It never ceases to amaze us, 21 years after certification started, to hear of companies and technicians being fined because the mechanics are not properly certified to do air conditioning service and repair. The fines, $27,500.00 per violation per day, are too big to ignore. One company told us they had been fined almost $500,000.00. Make certain that your people are certified for the type of system they will be working on.

MAINTENANCE TRAINING
Maintenance Training will, we believe, do more to reduce the cost of fleet maintenance and improve reliability than any other single step that a company can take.
Maintaining the fleet requires a commitment by the company both in the form of tools and equipment that is needed as well as a realization that buses are maintained by people not machines.
The importance of having a well trained, motivated and committed maintenance staff cannot be overlooked. We believe that having well trained mechanics can be accomplished by taking part in the training sessions that we offer.
We do believe that training is not an expense but an investment that pays dividends in reducing the cost of maintenance and improves the comfort and safety of the fleet.
